Operations
Every follow-up has an owner and a due date
Tasks are attached to the lead, deal, project or job they relate to, so nothing depends on memory.
The problem
To-do lists live on sticky notes and in inboxes
Follow-ups that are not written down with an owner do not happen. When they are written down in a separate app, they lose the context that explains them.
How Toolbase solves it
Tasks that live where the work is
Create a task from any record. It appears in the owner's list and on the record itself, with a due date and a link back to the customer or job.
