Tenant isolation
An assistant connected to your Toolbase can only reach your company data. There is no cross-tenant access.
User and role permissions
AI acts as the signed-in user. If that user cannot see commissions, neither can the assistant.
Module permissions
Modules that are turned off, or that a role cannot use, are not available to AI.
Auditing
AI requests and actions are recorded so you can see what was asked, what was changed and by whom.
Approval controls
Actions that change or send data can be held for a person to approve first.
API security
Connections are authenticated and rate limited. Access can be revoked at any time.
